Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Elite Ride Mugoša D.O.O, Velji put 23, Berislavci, Zeta, Montenegro, Tax ID (PIB): 03712915 (the “Service Provider”), processes customers’ personal data in accordance with the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act and applicable regulations. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all customers and collect only the information that is essential for providing our service.

Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service: first and last name, contact phone, e-mail address, booking details (date, time, pickup point, destination, number of passengers) and any special notes the customer voluntarily provides.

Purpose of processing

• - providing the booked transport service,
• - communicating with the customer about the booking and any changes,
• - meeting the Service Provider’s legal obligations (accounting and tax).

Marketing & disclosure to third parties

Customers may opt out of marketing campaigns at any time and may control the disclosure of their personal data to third parties. Data is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to perform the service (e.g. to the bank and the payment service provider Monri Payments to complete a transaction) or where explicitly required by law or ordered by a competent authority.

Data access & confidentiality

Access to personal data is restricted to employees who need it to perform their work. All employees and business partners are bound by principles of confidentiality.

• - withdrawal of consent, where processing is not based on another legal ground.

Card data security

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Card numbers are not stored in the Service Provider’s systems and are never available to the Merchant. See the Payment Security page for details.

Cookies & analytics

Essential (technical) cookies are always active. Analytics and advertising cookies are activated only after the customer’s consent via the cookie banner; consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting cookies in the browser.
