Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Use, Payment and Cancellation



1. General provisions


These Terms govern the rights and obligations between Elite Ride Mugoša D.O.O, with its seat at Velji put 23, Berislavci, Zeta, Montenegro, Tax ID (PIB): 03712915, registration number: 5-1275198/003, registered in Montenegro (the “Service Provider”), and the user of the service (the “Customer”).

By using the website podgoricaairporttaxi.com and completing a booking, the Customer confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms.



2. Scope of service


The Service Provider organizes and performs passenger transport (transfer / taxi services) based on the details entered during booking, including but not limited to:

  • - transfers to and from the airport,
  • - intercity and city transport,
  • - transport for special events (weddings, celebrations, business events, etc.),
  • - rides along predefined routes or on the Customer’s request.


3. Booking process and confirmation


The Customer selects the ride parameters in the booking form (pickup point, destination, date and time, number of passengers, vehicle type and any add-ons), then confirms the order and accepts these Terms (by clicking the consent checkbox). The confirmation page displays the service price, any add-ons, VAT and the total amount that will be charged to the card. After a successful payment, the Customer receives a payment confirmation and a booking confirmation at the provided e-mail address.



4. Payment method


Payments on our online point of sale can be made with Visa, Mastercard® and Maestro® payment cards enabled for online payment. Card payments are processed in cooperation with Monri Payments (Payment Service Provider / PSP), in a secure and certified manner through the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway, by simply entering the card details.

  • - Card payment is made in advance, in the currency shown on the website (EUR).
  • - All payments are processed through the secure system of the bank and the payment service provider.
  • - The Service Provider has no access to the Customer’s card data and does not store it in its systems.
  • - If payment fails (declined card, technical error, etc.), the booking is considered invalid until a new payment is made.

5. Prices


All prices are expressed in euro (EUR), VAT included, and are clearly shown during booking. The price covers the basic transport service according to the parameters selected in the booking form. Additional costs (extra waiting, route changes during the ride, additional pickup/drop-off addresses, special requests such as child seats, etc.) may be charged additionally, subject to prior notice and the Customer’s consent.



6. Cancellation and refund


Cancellation, complaint and refund conditions (including refunds made exclusively to the same card used for payment) are detailed on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page. In short: cancellation more than 24h before the time — 100% refund; less than 24h or no-show — no refund, unless explicitly approved by the Service Provider.



7. Changes to a booking


The Customer may request changes to a booking (time, pickup point, destination, vehicle type, etc.) no later than 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Any change depends on vehicle and driver availability and may affect the price, of which the Customer will be informed in advance and must confirm the change.



8. Liability


The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, traffic accidents, emergencies, road closures), for delays or failure to perform caused by inaccurate or late information provided by the Customer, nor for acts of third parties beyond its control (border services, police, airport procedures). The Service Provider must perform the service professionally, in line with the agreed parameters and within reasonable timeframes.



9. Data protection


The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act. Details on data types, purpose of processing, Customer rights and cookies are available on the Privacy Policy page.



10. Changes to the Terms


The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the day of publication on podgoricaairporttaxi.com and apply to all bookings made after that date.



11. Currency conversion statement


All payments will be affected in EUR. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
